BLOOM: Guidance and support to transform your life

What is BLOOM?

BLOOM is part course, part coaching over six months.  

It gives you the tools to transform your life.

The Spring 2025 course is now sold out; 

 

 

BLOOM is in three parts designed to get you up and running, so that you can use all the tools on your own.

Part One: (2 weeks):  

  • Working out what you want to bring into your life;
  • Learning how to access your subconscious;
  • Tools to help quell anxiety/fear and build confidence.

Part Two (3 months):

  • Setting intentions with the New Moon and discarding things with the Full Moon.
  • Weekly emails which you can reply to if you want help, guidance or simply accountability.  These cover how to intentions as well as topics like procrastination, goal setting, perfectionism, boundaries and priorities.  I reply to emails with zoom video clips or emails.
  • Monthly journalling zoom - available live and recorded.

Part Three (3 months):

  • Monthly journalling zoom.
  • Email every new and full moon with guidance on the month.
