It’s a rhythm, a circle, a place to get honest — and experimental — about what you want.
We meet every new moon to reflect, journal, and set intentions for the month ahead.
You’ll design gentle, doable experiments aligned with the season and your inner state — inspired by the energy of the zodiac (no belief required).
You’ll be supported with mentoring and email guidance as you explore what’s possible — without overwhelm, without needing to get it all right.
This is for you if:
- You feel pulled toward change, but can’t name it yet
- You crave more meaning, momentum, or clarity — but don’t know how to begin

Part One: The Remembering (2 Weeks) Starts Monday 2nd June.
You don’t need to be pushed. You need to pause — and ask yourself:
- What do I actually want now?
- What lights me up beyond the endless to do lists?
- Who am I if I’m not just holding everyone else?
In this opening phase, you’ll:
- Reconnect with your subconscious and see what’s really calling you
- Learn the tools that dissolve fear and anchor confidence
- Start small — but feel real shifts in how you move
This is where we pull the thread on who you’re becoming.
Part Two: The Rhythm (3 Months)
You’ve got journals. You’ve got ideas. But you need structure that breathes — not binds.
In this phase, we work with the moon — and with your real life.
- Intention setting at the New Moon
- Letting go with the Full Moon
- Weekly emails that speak to your patterns (procrastination, perfectionism, people-pleasing)
- A reply button that actually goes somewhere — I respond personally with emails or video replies
- Monthly live journaling Zooms, Thursday evenings before each new moon, that feel like a warm creative table you get to sit at
This is where your inner world gets a voice — and you finally feel met.
Part Three: The Integration (3 Months)
No more starting and stalling. No more social media spirals that end in guilt.
