Making 50 exhibition, Peebles
A week ago I visited Peebles museum to see the Making 50 exhibition by the Textile Study Group. It was a celebration of 50 years since the group was founded, a mixed exhibition of textiles.
The quality and innovation of the works in the exhibition is just amazing - from Alice Fox's enclosed eggs to embroidered window hangings to Mandy Patullo's vintage peg dolls.
