How to know when you need to begin living more intentionally

A few years ago I used to sell craft kits, all the things that you needed to create a particular thing, beautifully packaged with instructions in a string tied cardboard box. Each kit took a couple of hours to make. They were really a way of getting into a particular technique.
A couple of years ago I met a school gate friend at a party - she had bought a craft kit a couple of years ago and moaned to me that she really wanted to do it, but that she hadn't found time to even get it out of the box. Maybe it was just something to say, maybe she doesn't like parties, but I didn't get that feeling. Here was an intelligent, independent seeming grown up woman who hadn't been able to find two hours to do something that she wanted in two years.
And when put like that it seems ridiculous. But I also think that it is really, really common so I made this film to explore how we can spot that we need to start living our lives more intentionally, why doing the things that you want to do improves your long term health and how we can begin.
