Food Waste Dye Supplies: Course Companion
A compact set to get you started with food waste dyeing.
Each of the eight wool/silk threads has been pre-mordanted here in the Studio using aluminium potassium sulphate, so they’re ready to take colour from the first dye bath.
This kit includes the two essential additives for exploring pH shifts and iron modification: washing soda and ferrous sulphate. pH strips are included for clarity as you test and adjust.

This particular package includes supplies to get going with vegetable dyeing. The results of Jane's video workshop are amazing, gorgeous colours from everyday waste like onion skins and coffee grounds.
